Today I had an Amazon return and the staff were downright rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other UPS Stores around, including one that's actually closer to where I live, so I'll go there next time, thank you very much.

The lady I spoke to not only didn't know what she was talking about but also had an attitude that showed that she couldn't even bother to try. A younger girl tried to help me out but by that point I already said I was all set and going to go elsewhere. I recommend any other UPS store or drop off location where you will likely have someone who is more helpful and doesn't clearly hate customers.
