- HSHellen StellerDec 9, 20251.0This place is very unprofessional and let me tell you why. I was waiting for one of my packages from my uncle and this is a site he always orders from to get me stuff. My home address was put down for the packages to come and when it was the day for one of the packages to come it went to a P.O. Box instead of my house address. I called the USPS place in Groton and told them what happened and I didn’t catch the ladies name I had spoke with. She told me where my package was and then told me USPS DOES NOT deliver to people’s houses and I knew that was a lie because the other day when I was waiting on one of my other packages USPS dropped it off at my neighbors house instead of mine. So that’s strange to say you guys don’t deliver to people’s houses and God bless the people that get their items shipped through USPS. Playing with people money and time so you can sit there and lie over the phone behind your desk. I also noticed before I received my packages I’ve been seeing complaints online about USPS delivering packages to the wrong houses and it’s such a shame people have to get online to find the person that is missing their packages when USPS is allegedly “professional”. USPS did it to two of my packages that was suppose to come to my house and the third package went to my neighbors house and my neighbors are so lovely and God sent that they held it for me then gave it to me probably feeling embarrassed for having it because USPS didn’t do their job CORRECTLY!

Someone need to investigate this post office or close it. Imagine how dangerous mixing mails and packages is, and these people are playing with others mails!
