    Would give 6 stars if google let me. The team at this location goes above and beyond to make every effort to do right. I had a few issues with a package but Justin heard me, did everything they could to correct things, and in the end, made me a lifelong customer for this location.

    If this employee belongs to your location she should be fired. I have filed a police report against this driver for not only getting off her vehicle and yelling at me (who is contracted by UPS by the way) and stole the package I delivered to 18 Elizabeth st in grandby.

    Update: spoke with the same person this week; Renee at this location is is rude, blunt, and will hang up on you if you have any questions. Horrible service Had a shipment of live crickets that were scheduled to arrive at my home, the notification system informed me my package was sent back to the post office due to weather conditions making it difficult for postal service to deliver my package and that they Wouk be delivering the next day… next day comes and no package. Tried calling the automated messaging and after a three attempts the auto system informed me my package was delayed and it would be delivered the next deliverable day… neither system could tell me much more than that Called this location and spoke to a service provider asking where my package was. She told me they did not put it on the truck that day and that I would have needed to call in the morning and specify I wanted It on the truck and delivered (it said nowhere in the notification or on the automated messaging system that was the process) anyway, because they didn’t put my package when it was shipped akd because I was Not informed I needed To call for it my package sat at the post office. Over Half of the order died. So for those of you who get a notification in that your package will be sent the next day, make sure you call. The service provider on the phone at this location was short with me and quite rude, which was upsetting but what can ya do. When I went to pick up my package the person at the counter was pleasant. Overall so so service but USPS absolutely needs to make changes to either its process of its communications through automated system. I would Have had no idea where my package was if I didnt Do my own research. Now I have to go out and buy 300 more crickets so my critters can managed until my next shipment, which because it shook so long to get to me Will only be in another week I guess…. Thanks USPS? Added pics so you know. They likely did nothing to the package but because the package was perishable, you would think they would contact? UPS calls me right away even if they are refusing to deliver to address and are expecting me to pick it up in person… usps never did that and the notifications were severely delayed/non-existent (I did not receive notifications after the initial “you package could not be delivered…will be sent the next day of delivery” until after I called And spoke to Ursella.

    I must say Nick at the Granby office is the most helpful USPS employee I have ever spoken with. I had a lost package that he was able to help me get situated. After hours on the 800 number I decided to call the local office and he managed to get it resolved in under an hour with a CALL BACK to confirm as well. As someone who manages a sales staff and constant phone comms I have to say this was some of the best customer support I have ever had across all markets. This man deserves 100 stars. Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had with USPS and have zero complaints even with the package being delayed. As a whole Im not fond of the new USPS process however that is not their mistake. New sorting machines etc. that were forced on them is why packages are behind not the workers. Remember that.
