- MLMarilyn LawsonJan 11, 20265.0We had to return a pair of shoes to a store in Indiana. The store originally sent them to us in a plastic bag that was taped to fit the size of the shoebox. There was no easy way to open the bag and, after cutting it open, getting the shoebox back in there didn’t allow any overlap to seal the bag properly (or so we thought). I went to this FedEx location in order to buy a box that we could use with the return FedEx label that was provided by the store. The nice gentleman at FedEx told me that he could take care of shipping just by taping together the remains of the plastic bag and affixing my label - which he did with a boatload of his tape. He could have sold me a box, but instead I paid him nothing. Fantastic customer service!
