- GGGregorySep 25, 20251.0they miscanned my packages saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. so i went to the post office because they don’t pick up the phones. (tried calling 6 times this week) they said that they’ll take my number and contact me. it’s been 5 days now i haven’t got a text and email a call or any sort of update as to where my package is. every time i call they let it ring till the line disconnects

I've had to pick up multiple packages in person and then am scolded for how long I took to pick up said packages. I had to tell them "its not like i wasnt trying to get here" - you dont know what other's have going on and its not ok to treat people that way. Really felt the holiday spirit.
