I had sent in an order the night before for a large quantity of items I needed printed and picked up the following day before an event, and with only one hour left before closing I called to check in on the status, only to find out that the order had never gone through from the corporate system. Patrick was not only incredibly kind and helpful, he was patient and wonderful and worked really quickly to help troubleshoot the issue, and to make sure that my prints came out in the highest quality possible. His customer service skills are so above par, and not ones you come across often enough these days. Thank you so much, Patrick!
