- MLMarilyn Lawson1 day ago5.0We had to return a pair of shoes to a store in Indiana. The store originally sent them to us in a plastic bag that was taped to fit the size of the shoebox. There was no easy way to open the bag and, after cutting it open, getting the shoebox back in there didn’t allow any overlap to seal the bag properly (or so we thought). I went to this FedEx location in order to buy a box that we could use with the return FedEx label that was provided by the store. The nice gentleman at FedEx told me that he could take care of shipping just by taping together the remains of the plastic bag and affixing my label - which he did with a boatload of his tape. He could have sold me a box, but instead I paid him nothing. Fantastic customer service!
- BCBrian CFeb 8, 20255.0I don’t normally write reviews, though I’m writing to highlight a positive experience that I recently had at FedEx Office. I went in there to make four poster sized prints. I’m a perfectionist, and though I was being polite, I fully admit that in retrospect, I was being handful because I kept having the clerks adjust the photos again and again until they were to my exact liking. This ended up taking a considerable amount of time. However, in spite of that, Diane and Thomas were both extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and above all professional. Even though I was being very nitpicky, they always had a smile on their faces and made me feel like a valued customer. I now have the prints up on my wall and they look great thanks to Diane and Thomas.
