- ARAurora RandolphNov 3, 20255.0I've been a loyal customer of this post office for almost a decade, and my experiences have always been positive—until today. Most of the staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and accommodating. However, today I had an unfortunate encounter with Henry. He abruptly snatched the tape from me and insisted for me to leave him some for the rest of the day. I kindly explained that the tape is free as per the website but he said we have to buy it here, but he still seemed upset. Despite this incident, I want to emphasize that the rest of the team is wonderful, and that’s why I’m still giving a 5-star rating overall. I just hope that this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone in the future.
