Mike went above and beyond helping me -- he was very clear about the high cost/damage risk and advised that I weigh my options, but was fully onboard with packing it safely when I decided to go through with it. The mirror arrived safely without so much as a scratch. It was wrapped & packed so thoughtfully. Thank you Mike & team, you guys are the BEST!!!

- JKJeff KJan 22, 20261.0Very unhelpful.. was bringing an Amazon return and at wholefoods they want the item un-taped for return, so I didn’t know that wasn’t the case going to ups. My box had one end open and was told I could buy some tape to close one little section instead of just lending me a roller for a small piece. What a joke.. brought to the other ups store and they sealed it right up for me. Thanks for nothing
