I’ve come here to ship packages a few times And every time that I have been in this location It has been the same man, Jonathan. I don’t typically write reviews, especially negative ones, But I absolutely needed to at this point. Whoever owns or manages this establishment needs to Take notice Of how miserable, Incompetent, And unhelpful this man is. I’ve worked in retail for quite some time And in other customer service roles. He is not someone who should be working In any type of role where he needs to deal with people. He is consistently rude, lazy, disrespectful, angry, and does everything possible to make people pay more money than required. My most recent visit I had to ship a package and ended up paying over $15. Never in my life have I heard or seen that. Refused to put a few pieces of tape on my box to close it, Had an attitude about me even being there in the first place, And refused to print the label despite clearly having the ability to.

Kwanisha was not helpful. Very rude, had a box, asked to where throw it out, she yelled at me

This is probably the tiny usps I have seen. There are two counters but only one person was managing the whole store. Probably 20-30min wait and 10-15 people were waiting. Don't waste your time.
