  Very unhelpful.. was bringing an Amazon return and at wholefoods they want the item un-taped for return, so I didn’t know that wasn’t the case going to ups. My box had one end open and was told I could buy some tape to close one little section instead of just lending me a roller for a small piece. What a joke.. brought to the other ups store and they sealed it right up for me. Thanks for nothing

  From the few UPS in Fairfield, this place is the best place to be at! Dont struggle with BlackRock attitude, this place is the place to go! 10/10 as my personal opinion.

  If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Firstly I’ve used this specific location before with no issues however my last encounter was absolutely atrocious!. Store Manager Mike was extremely unprofessional. I used this location to ship legal documents in oct 2025, fast forward to dec 2025 the documents never arrived to their destination,I inserted the tracking number via the website and there was no update since October, I was unable to file a claim a due to to the length of time that had past and it was recommended that I go to the original place of service to file the claim. I arrived at this branch and was directed to manger Mike, throughout our conversation I disliked how he spoke to me, especially as a woman,there was a point I had to remind him to conduct himself as a manger. He was irate with me, unprofessional and incompetent. I understood that my package was most likely lost but I would have appreciated assistance. For example suggesting ways to obtain my documents back not telling me conveyor belt probably took it and that he can’t go to the location to retrieve it, this I’m aware of, what I would have appreciated was respect and and an investigation claim number. Thank you .
