First, the store had a very strong smell of weed upon entering, and the odor lingered throughout my entire visit. The three employees on duty repeatedly walked to the back of the store every few minutes, which was concerning given the smell. It’s unpleasant and unprofessional to encounter any kind of smoke odor in a retail environment. Second, the music playing was consistently loud hard rock. It felt more like the employees were setting the tone for their personal hangout rather than creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I’m willing to give the store one more chance, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visits.
