  Had a really tough drop off task and worker Anthony (I think the name is correct) was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. Line also moved very quickly

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady on the morning shift is incredibly unprofessional and never helps a customer address their problem with Amazon or any other services in the store . She always has an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. She should find another job if she doesn’t like it. Also, the new guy who works there has no customer service experience either. The owner need to pay attention in this because when you have a business you need to provide a good costumer services . They’re just taking each other, and when I asked for help with WiFi and other services, they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

  This was my first time going to this location since it is closer to my house, thinking I could handle a shipment before work. I arrived three minutes before their opening at 8AM, and waiting outside for 10 minutes after opening. No one was there. Lights still off. What an inconvenience. I ended up going to a different location; in which I will return to in the future.
