I couldn't believe their willingness to do this extra work for me when I had only called an hour before closing to print and bind 12 very large decks. Tammy did it with a smile and when I insisted on trying to do something to compensate her she said no. I am so thankful to have Tammy working at my nearby FedEx and know I am in the best hands.
