They lined them up wrong on the cutter so every card was cut skewed, and the edges looked worn making them unusable. I can't give these to clients. It would look like I am not a professional. When I talked to the clerk he agreed that they were wrong but then looked at me with a blank expression. I asked what he could do, explaining that the cards are no good like they were made. He said that some people have problems with the software. I explained that I am a graphic designer and used the file I downloaded from their site. I then explained that I did not use their online tool and uploaded print ready files with the card graphic in the very center of a black rectangle. He offered no assistance at this point, just looked at me with that blank dumbfounded face. I am extremely disappointed. I will be ordering from the mail order company I normally use from now on. I will never do business again with a business that can't even at the very least offer any suggestions to rectify the situation. Very bad customer service. At the very minimum they should have re-run the job correctly.
