These people refuse to bring packages to my grandma's doorstep so I have to drive over and bring them in for her. I'm doing their jobs for them. My grandma has 3 cats so she orders kitty litter regularly. Those boxes are too heavy for her to be walking out to the mailbox and bringing in on her own. She has to call me to bring them in. She is a strong woman for her age, but I don't want her going out there on her own and risking injury to herself because these folks won't do their job. I'm going to tell her to stop having them shipped to her house and instead I'm going to be buying it and bringing it over myself from now on. It's not worth the risk. I am so disappointed in this establishment, and I will be calling to file a complaint.
