- EEElijahJan 20, 20261.0I’ve been to many different local locations, as I frequently ship out packages. But this location, each unfortunate time where it was the only place that was convenient, I have had terrible service. When the line starts to form the employees will literally just walk out. And as the cherry on top, when you finally are checked out after waiting there for 15 minutes (in the front of the line), the employees will submit a false survey on your behalf. It’s completely dishonest… I wouldn’t really care about that if the service was fine and they were just doing that to keep things moving. But that little detail just pisses me off
- JJJeremy JacoxJan 10, 20261.0I can second the review about closing early: got TO the door 3 minutes (11:57a) before Saturday closing today with a fully ready-to-go package with prepaid label on etc: doors were already locked. I held up the ready to go package to the USPS worker, got eye attention multiple times, but he refused to acknowledge me or come out—just to drop off the package! Wasn’t the only person turned away early today. Perhaps USPS should acknowledge if this is a universal policy or unique to the East Haven Main St branch. I’ve had much better service here on other occasions, but really disappointed today. So closing early is not a one off here, folks! Update: I drove to Branford office to drop off the package, they close at 12:30 PM. I dropped it off, but also waited to see if they closed early. Turns out they close right on time!
