- FFFaeNov 8, 20251.0HEADS UP! They close before the posted hours!! I showed up 4 minutes before closing (cutting it close but still should have been able to run in and grab my time-sensitive mail!) and the doors were already locked with no note on the door as to why. The mail truck driver showed up as I was leaving, and I had a word with him, and he said they shut the doors early so that they’re not staying too late, cuz then it causes a trickle effect with his deliveries and causes frustration with others, with no concerns about the line of frustrated customers that showed up a few minutes before closing. (and I talked to him for about 4 minutes, and the customer before me also said some words as I was walking away, so now he’s probably delayed after all lol!) CHANGE THE POSTED HOURS so you can leave work 4 minutes early if it’s that important to you. What a lame excuse. (By the way it’s now 15 minutes past closing as I’m sitting outside writing this review, and I just saw the post office lady drive off. I hope she enjoys those extra few minutes to her day!)
