- VMValeryt Marte3 days ago5.0I came here to apply for my passport and honestly had a great experience. Both Vicky and James were excellent, very kind, professional, and patient. They explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure I understood the process. I truly don’t understand why this location has bad reviews because the place was clean, organized, and the staff was very respectful. I never felt rushed or treated rudely; on the contrary, the service was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very, very good experience, and I truly appreciate the great customer service, especially from Vicky and James. Highly recommended.

The poor guy needs bathroom breaks & lunch & has to do it when there’s no customers but it’s the Christmas Season & it’s only 1 person. What’s going on? Cut backs or nobody wants to work? Definitely have to change my location & shame on management.
