Pearlman, CPCU, ARe6 days ago5.0I’d like to give a little gratitude to my local post office today for their amazing service both with my home mail delivery and pick up of my mail and packages and the service I’ve received in the facility itself. For a rural area I’m really impressed at the swiftness and accuracy of my mail delivery. As a disabled person I’m really grateful that they pick up my mail and packages and they always get there. They are super nice. They work very hard. I’m sorry we’ve had problems here with access to our mailboxes at my rental unit with its apartments with the snow and I’ve tried my best to make the property owner and management do better. I appreciate you guys very much. You even got my prescription here that I needed from my local CVS in a blizzard. Thank you.

I have gone in and called to speak with them multiple times to fix this and every time, I am told it is taken care of. My flag was up for 4 days and my mail was not taken. I am waiting on important documents that were supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, I have no clue what they are doing with my mail. This issue needs to be fixed. I will be calling to file a formal complaint if this issue is not resolved once I go in again this week.
