  This review is long overdue! Last summer, I was moving into my new home just three months postpartum and desperately needed help organizing and unpacking. I reached out to Melissa at the last minute, and she responded right away. I’m sure she could hear the stress (and maybe a few tears) in my voice, but she was so kind and reassuring. Within just three days, her team was at my house, ready to help. They listened carefully to everything I needed, helped plan out the project, ordered organizing supplies for my kitchen and closets, and unpacked all my boxes. They were efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive—helping me make decisions about what to keep and what to let go of. The service isn’t cheap, but it was 110% worth it—absolutely no regrets. There’s no way I could have finished in the time they did. If I ever need help again (looking at you, basement!), I won’t hesitate to call Melissa and her team. Highly recommend!

  Melissa & Team made quick work of organizing our entire kitchen after we moved! Everything is organized, labeled, and thoughtfully laid out. 9 months later and the system put in place is still organized and going strong!

  Book Melissa and her team right now, you won't regret it! I recently moved into a new house and was feeling overwhelmed by the chaos and unable to find anything or envision a good organization system. I hemmed and hawed over hiring a professional organizer but I had seen Melissa's work before and finally decided to just do it because I was totally failing to come up with anything on my own. When Melissa came over for a consultation I could immediately see that I was working with a pro. She quickly saw and was able to solve for all my worst pain points - and when she did the full organizing session in my kitchen, bathrooms, entryway and laundry room, I knew for sure that she had super powers! Now I feel like I can finally relax in my house. The system she devised is both beautiful and extremely functional and it is a joy to open my cabinets now - who would have thought I would ever say that?? To top it off, Melissa is absolutely lovely to work with. I am so happy I finally booked NEAT method!
