- KFKyle FigueroaFeb 5, 20262.0I’ve come here a few times never had an issue until recently. It’s FEBRUARY 5TH when the package got delivered today to my mom and I mailed it out on DECEMBER 23RD. The clerk at this location did NOT have me confirm the address on the screen because I would have noticed MAINE when the package clearly read FLORIDA. My mom got the package completely unopened and ripped, missing items and added items I didn’t put. The damage isn’t the clerks fault directly, but him being so uninterested in his duties he couldnt properly verify the address as WRITTEN. When I went in today to address it, I was told “that ain’t got nothin to do with me” lol. You shouldn’t work a government job just for the good pay/benefits if you’re gonna half ass your work OR decide who you conveniently treat with respect. I was the only customer in there at the time so there was no visible rush.

Get very weird reasons as to why they can't help me (the latest, when the clerk declined to issue me a money order, was that "no money orders had been issued *to her* -- not that they had none in stock). Nonsensical. At a minimum, explain things better. Please.

- AMAnne-Margaret McElroyApr 13, 20174.0This post office is in walking distance to downtown Deep River. Parking can be a bit tough when it's busy. Customer Service is quick and efficient, I'll reserve my opinion on attitude. They offer many services, P.O. boxes, passports etc.
