- SSShannon SoprisFeb 22, 20251.0Placed an order on Ebay. The shipper sent the package through USPS. We never received the package. Went to the post office itself. The guy there told us, they probably put it on the wrong truck and will probably not be receiving it. He told us to file a claim through the bank to cancel the order. I still have a dispute from a package I ordered over a year ago. The company claims it was delivered according to their tracking number. But we didn't get it.

We had a 930 am appointment for Saturday that we made weeks ago just to be told when we show up that they don't do that on Saturdays. You would think someone would have not made that an option on their website or at least called us so we didn't have to drag our kids out of the house for this. The guy that was working the counter who was dismissive and seemed to be out of it then said thar we could come by between 12-2 most days and they "may" be able to help. Holy cow this may be the worst post office I ever saw. Half the mailboxes inside are falling apart. Good news, if you are looking for a job where you can get pay and full benefits and do the absolute bare minimum I got a place I can send you.
