How am i suppose to wait if it says delivered and it was not what am i suppose to wait for!!! Then he send me off to another location who also told me well sorry can’t do anything!!!

My bill payments have been lost not once but several times with one of them (electricity payment) being returned with undeliverable stamp on it! I posted a payment to City of Stamford for parking violation THAT NEVER REACHED THEM! I now use the mail department at work here in Stamford. APPALLING SERVICE! (less than one star if I could)
