- APAlyssa PerryJan 5, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. Made a passport appointment, that they told us had been cancelled when we got there. Made another passport appointment and was there on time. Only for them to dismiss us and ask us to wait to the side while they took care of every other customer. People kept walking in. There was only one employee don’t know why. There’s no point in actually making an appointment because they don’t actually take you on time. Terrible.

In last 2 weeks I've mailed things out that the person never received. Tracking number indicates it's still sitting there 3 weeks later. Noone to call to help me. Also now have a package coming since the 5th my tracking number everyday changes to delivery to next day. After investigating where it is its at the post office since 11/5/22 accepted but not processed. It's now Nov 16!! Again submitted letters nothing resolved

I've had to call with questions a few times and they always promptly answer the phone, and take the time to address my question. And every time I've had to go into the office to check my dad's mail, etc... everyone was friendly and accommodating. Big contrast to my experience at other post offices!
