  I’ve use Staples print services for several projects. I usually get good quality products, website is easy to navegate and pick up procedures are usually 1,2,3. Will definitely continue to use them and I absolutely recommend.

  The print shop was unable to print on even a slightly high weight paper in color; something I could have done at home on my $150 inkjet of it were not out of ink. The print shop workers were very rude. I waited 10 minutes for them to help the customer in front of me with a 27¢ print job. Then when I told them my request they laughed in my face and said there was no way to do what I wanted (not without a $150 inkjet printer, apparently). Don't waste your time. Find a real print shop.
