  The so called manager was very rude and mean to me just because i said i wanted to wait until my package was packed before i leave like i always do this was not my first time going to this location but definitely is my last

  I crashed out on the last review so im rewriting it as the issue is resolved. I remain unhappy with the whole experience and will not return after this kerfuffle. I went to return a pair of skates on October 15th. I had no access to a printer so i went to this location and paid the $2 to have the label printed out. I was going to place the label myself, but the woman who helped me told me she would put the label on and I left. Mind you she was on her phone. Somehow the label was swapped. It wound up on someone else's package and the skate company got kids clothes instead. I tried to call the store but got an attitude. I came down the next day and explained to the owner who was shocked, apologized to me and assured me that it would be resolved promptly. I gave them the skate company contact info to locate the skates and return the kids clothes. Never heard back but I did hear from the skate company today that the skates were retrieved. Going forward, I will place my own labels myself and will not come back to this location. Contrary to other reviewers that stated the owner being rude, he was actually quite pleasant, apologetic and understanding about the mix up thus the 2 stars.

  The young man who works there really doesn't know what respect is when he gets to return a package he starts throwing the box as if he were crazy just because he lacked a cianta to close the box and he has like 10 tapes that are part of his job to close boxes I think they shouldn't have people like that for customer service. And then he began to say that he was the boss and owner of the place. That's why you do what you want And I took a picture of the car I'll have to report it to the police This happened today October 20, 2025 at 10:05 am
