Norwalk, Stratford, Hartford, etc. etc. This location on Newtown Road in Danbury, I walk in and need a document scanned and emailed to me. Very simple service I’ve done with no problem at literally EVERY other UPS Store franchise that I’ve been to. The guy looks at me like I asked him to baptize me. He says, “Huh? Yea, we don’t do that here.” I’m like… “You guys don’t have a scanner????” He points at their copy machine and says nope. So, basically the franchise owner leases the cheapest most low end copier for the store. Epic fail. Don’t go there if you need something scanned folks.
