I was recommended to go online, but I explained I am not computer savvy and decided to come into the Staples store in Danbury, CT. The clerk was so patient, professional and kind in every aspect of want I wanted. He physically showed me with my phone how to link on the app to get started. He explained size, price, pick up date, etc; all in 5 minutes. I want to thank Mr. Pearce (and I asked his name) because I truly appreciated his (quick) service . And being in any store for 5 minutes was amazing. And (Staples) e-mailed me for pick up the next day. And on that day a new clerk helped me. He too was just as patient and professional as Mr. Pearce the day before. He showed me the finished product and I was very pleased. Thank you Staples for your great service. I'll be back soon.
