I am very impressed with how the staff and manager handled my lamination issue. A big calendar was not laminated properly so the manager insisted on copying it and laminating properly. They refunded my money and even gave me a $10 dollar coupon for next time. This is what I call top notch management. They know how to make people satisfied and put in the effort to make things right. I am a forever fan now of the Newtown Rd , Danbury Staples. You guys are awesome!! Couldn't be happier and you better believe I will be returning and boasting to all my friends. Thank you. 🌹 Lara.

The only problem was. the website said the sale items were in stock at my store and they weren't, they refunded the money and i had to order a more expensive mouse in needed 2 right way. The scroll wheels stopped working properly, so i needed them now, not the expensive gaming ones.
