- NSN SFeb 13, 20261.0Im convinced that you don't even need a high school education or know basic literacy to be a driver for fedex because they misdelivered my package and dropped it off nowhere NEAR my house. It was also the day of the super bowl so I guess the driver who dropped it off at the wrong house wanted to get off work early to get ready for the game. Reported it, no humans to talk to. Ai even connected me to the europe branch and directed me back to this trash one. An endless loop. Complained to BBB and had to get a replacement item from the seller. This isn't the first time I had a screw up with failex with my address. The drivers just don't want to drive to the condo complex. Will never use them for shipping or receiving again. Had much less issues with ups, usps and amazon. Update: to show how much they really don't give a crap, the individual who received my package contacted me and delivered it to me himself personally. It was literally 2 blocks from my house the whole week and it just sat.
