  Unfortunately, Claudia over promises and under deliveries. My belief is that she takes on any client she can and then struggles to find subcontractors to fulfill the agreed upon deliverables and tasks. She had three different and uncertified Individuals in my business accounts and bank accounts doing my administration. None of which had a certification I was made aware of or degree in admin or billing. She also Subcontracted multiple social media account managers one after another and oftentimes on top of each other, promising deliverables she was unable to deliver. We lost nearly every client I had for social media marketing due to poor and thoughtless content creation and lack of knowledge for social media platform management and marketing. Businesses who behave this way end making copious amounts of promises they cannot keep.
