- RJRoy JenkinsDec 18, 20255.0I was just telling the two postal workers on duty how much better it is coming here compared to most other post offices in the area. I figured since the majority of people take the time to write about bad experiences that it wouldn't hurt to take a few minutes to say thank you to a job well done. My girlfriend has kind of an e-commerce business on the side and since she works from home I usually drop off her packages, so I have to go to the PO almost every day to drop them off and get a receipt. Depending on my day I sometimes have to go to other branches amd I have to say that the difference compared to most is pretty substantial. As opposed to most other branches, the wait times are pretty minimal and the staff is pretty cheerful and genuinely seem to appreciate the customers who walk through the door. Its usually the same woman who works most days. I dont know her name, but she is usually there most days around 11 or so when I come in. She is great and a pleasure to work with. Always very nice, always very pleasant and im guessing is good at her job because even with a line the wait time is pretty short. Unfortunately this is not the case with most other PO's (rocky hill is also pretty good). The wait times can be absolutely insane at times and the staff look miserable and almost make you feel guilty for walking in the door and inconveniencing them with your business. So thank you Cromwell Post Office and thank you to the woman who works most days. You rock and you always make coming there quick and easy. And I will make an effort to smile more even though I am smiling on the inside haha.

- APAmit PatelMay 23, 20221.0Horrible service…Horrible people that work there. They are visually frustrated all the time. It’s like I we them money. I went for passport renewal. He gave me the wrong envelope. I asked him how do I pay. He gave me wrong total amount. Then asked me to write a check. I asked him, I thought I need a money order and he got mad at me. It’s hard to believe how he was treating the customers. No respect whatsoever. Fortunately, I thought something was wrong and went to Rocky Hill office. The folks there were so helpful.
