- CPCourtney Patterson-FayeAug 25, 20252.0This review would be five stars if it were based on the vast majority of the positive experiences that I’ve had with the people who usually help me return my packages (a tall slender white-presenting man [super nice!], a tall bigger white-presenting man [he has a cane of sorts, and is always kind!], and a couple of young white-presenting women; one blond, one brunette). However, the manager Brian (short white-presenting man), left an undeniably terrible taste in my mouth about this location and the company overall. I came in to retrieve a package that was returned to the store after being undeliverable. His abrasive tone, lack of compassion, and outright condescending response to my situation assured me that should I ever need to return to this location, I will avoid him at all costs. I mentioned that the business that I tried to send my package to did not receive any delivery notices (they emailed and told me so), he responded by saying they always leave notices, even on his door early in the morning. He basically was saying that he didn’t believe me or the business. He dismissively asked me, “Well, what do you want to do?” as he promptly reminded me that I’d have to pay again for them to send it out. I never asked for a refund, in fact, I never expected anything else but courtesy, and clearing he was lacking that. Lastly, I said I would simply send it from the post office, and he audaciously said, “Well make sure you get some tracking on it.” As if I was stupid or new to this. That was the straw that made me write this review. I will not tolerate mistreatment and/or disrespect, from this business or anywhere else.
