She was misled by the post office worker and was charged $7.20 for “priority overnight” which was not what I, nor she, wanted. She paid it anyway after being told it was her “only option.” It is now 12/19/20, and I have tracking number on the receipt from her transaction but now usps.com has literally no tracking information available, despite the fact that it was supposed to be delivered today. Now I have paid $7.20 for a service I didn’t want, and can’t even use the tracking # provided to clarify or confirm the delivery. USPS swindled us, and this is unacceptable.
