They had my passport sitting in a delivery drivers truck for days after it said delivered. My sons drivers permit is now “lost” and all they do is say sorry it was someone else filling in and I have to pay for a replacement? I’m sick of the understaffed excuse. EVERY PLACE is under staffed. They need to pay attention and do their job.

As I waited in a line of full miserable people, that only took out there impaitence on her because they didn't want to wait patiently in line. She stayed positive with a smile behind her mask the entire time. I had several questions and she personally went above and beyond to assist me! Thank you again Selma for your customer service and hospitality!!! This specific employee deserves a raise!!!!
