I was trying to find a Cemetery on linwood Cemetery rd but Google maps kept putting me by houses..I asked the usps driver if he knew where it was and he was very sweet and gave me clear instructions on where to go..I didnt catch his name but I really appreciate him..he saved me from being even more late to my great grandmas funeral.

Why do they screw up EVERY DELIVERY Every time I have a package that doesn't fit in the box I never received it. Never even hear about it not even a card or a call. I am on Lebanon Avenue not that hard is it you know the road that leads you from nowhere?

This review is specifically for the postmaster and whoever is supposed to change mailbox locks. My girlfriend and I went in 2 months ago and paid upfront to have our mailbox lock changed and for new keys. We were told it would take 1 to 2 weeks. We went in several times asking for updates and were told each time it was because the "worker" in charge of it is "extremely lazy". After the lock was changed they didn't even call to notify us and when we called for another update the postmaster was very rude and sounded annoyed. Terrible service, terrible work ethic.

Selma,
Her customer service was superb. As I waited in a line of full miserable people, that only took out there impaitence on her because they didn't want to wait patiently in line. She stayed positive with a smile behind her mask the entire time. I had several questions and she personally went above and beyond to assist me! Thank you again Selma for your customer service and hospitality!!! This specific employee deserves a raise!!!!
