Some of the front end staff at the very least provide a cut & dry service as if they work in an assembly line..."NEXT".., but there are one or two staff that work the front end that appear to be ANGRY at the WORLD in general..., (i am sure you have had the pleasure of their service). There is ONE individual that not only works the front counter, but on occasion delivers mail on route in town (as cover for our REGULAR postal woman who is always charming and polite), not only has his attitude been less than pleasant when spoken to, but it has been very often the case, CAN NOT DELIVER mail to the proper address...,(numerous occasions we receive the incorrect mail and/or our mail is often returned to us via our good neighbors.) Dispite several attempts to report the issue, the issue continue to exist.
