- RCRon CDec 19, 20251.0Gotta be the worst post office ever ! They used to come so regularly at the same time. Now they even come after dark, noon time, or in between. Gone is morning delivery. They deliver the Cheshire Herald every Thursday and when they miss it a few times a year, they say they don't deliver it.. lie right to your face, mgr included. They refuse to answer the phone and are basically useless. I drive to other locations for any real service. I say privatize the USPS !

My mail carriers are considerate and I have only had one package not arrive in over 40 years. I do miss the Amazon hub that used to be at Rite Aid but so far, carriers have done a fine job including the USPS carriers. Thank you.

While all other new developments in Cheshire receive curbside delivery, the mailboxes on our quiet cul de sac go unused while we and our neighbors are forced to pick up mail and packages at the decrepit, unsafe and poorly staffed Cheshire post office. And people wonder why the post office has such a poor reputation; it is nonsense decision making such as this.
