- SSStephen ScholanAug 18, 20251.0Completely unprofessional Post Master. Not only did she not have money orders, she thought it was funny because the person before me bought the last one. Like what a coincidence, two people in a row wanted a money order! Its only a federal document right? Apparently it's not important to her to keep these available for the people of Chaplin. She literally laughed with the other customer. Her lack of awareness is astounding. People have bills to pay and we rely on the post office for things like money orders. This Post Master is the reason I will never enter that building again. I will take my business to the Willimantic Post Office where they set the standard high. At least Willimantic workers actually wear uniforms. Chaplin workers just wear whatever they want, looking like they just walked off the street.
