- ASAlexis SchlottAug 14, 20251.0I walked in this post office today 8/14/2025 I went in to ask an employee about missing mail and when I ask this , a white lady in her 30,s with blonde hair was giving horrible customer service, rolling eyes at me , and giving attitude about me checking up on my missing mail and made my experience horrible ! She should not be working at the post office with such unprofessional behavior ! Will not be coming back if she is present!

He then proceeded to throw up his hands and go on a 10 minute tangent about how Amanda knows everyone’s address and if I want my mail, then I need to get the people to put the PO Box on the mail. He was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I have lived here for 8 months and should be in the system by now. It is called being lazy and not looking in said system. If this man is the manager or something, he deserves to be fired after the way he spoke to me. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism.
