I get notification saying a package was attempted to be delivered, but no one was available when I am sitting about 5 feet away from the front door. Driveway is clear and there is no reason they couldn’t deliver the package. This happens regularly.
When you try to call, no one answers the phone absolutely no accountability with the United States Postal Service

The old lady either needs to do her job or retire. Showed up with maybe 20 packages at 3:45 and she was whining about not wanting to scan them because she needs to close right at 5… Incredibly rude too. Was practically throwing the packages back at us. Demanded we bring packages in only in the morning, despite the post office being open until 5.

Supervisor here is HORRIBLE she is very disrespectful and has no sort of respect or decency towards customers. Hopefully Canterbury Post office can get a better supervisor.

We have lived here not even 6 months and we have consistently gotten the wrong packages delivered, equating to about 1 per month. I try to call but to no avail because I don’t have a tracking number for a package that is not mine. We are NOT getting paid by them to deliver packages so why are we expected to do their jobs for them?
If I could talk to an actual human, I would not have to leave a review. I understand accidents happen, but 6 mis-delivered packages in 6 months is encroaching on a little much.

I will never use this post office ever again. I will be making a corporate complaint as well. you can't even call to ask a simple question without the workers getting rude and mad. This isn't the first time...if you don't like your job, find something else . Vicki was rude and ignorant and nothing but helpful!!
