I try to call but to no avail because I don’t have a tracking number for a package that is not mine. We are NOT getting paid by them to deliver packages so why are we expected to do their jobs for them? If I could talk to an actual human, I would not have to leave a review. I understand accidents happen, but 6 mis-delivered packages in 6 months is encroaching on a little much.

Told my mom multiple times that they left the building and the next people to pick it up never scanned them but it should be in Fl. since it was 5 days later. Well what do you know xmas eve it appears at the next facility in Mass. thanks for messing up xmas
