When I arrived, the woman at the counter said “you could have done this yourself, you didn’t need an appointment.” I told her the reason I was there is because I was not sure if I had done everything correctly and I specifically made an appointment to be assisted in process. She handed me an envelope and told me to fill it out outside and come back when I am done. She did not help me at all. I even had to ask her if I had filled out the form correctly, to which she responded that I had. Come to today, a month later, I receive an email from the National Passport Center, stating that I need to redo my entire application because I sent in the wrong form. I have a trip planned in a couple of weeks, and now I am unsure if my passport will even arrive in time. I am extremely upset with the rude, unprofessional, lacking-in-knowledge services at this location. I had made an appointment for a reason and walked out that day uncertain that I had even gone through the process correctly since I was not helped whatsoever. I will likely be filing a formal complaint.
