- JKJMaria KFeb 8, 20201.0The older lady with an accent at the counter is absolutely the worst. She has no communication skill and is highly unprofessional and simply rude. This was the second time I’ve experienced such unprofessional service and I honestly can’t believe she still works there. I literally live minutes from that post office but I will never go back and just drive the extra miles to Enfield post office because the women there are incredibly helpful and kind.

The office is supposed to open at 8:30 my husband had to bang on the door repeatedly and hear someone inside talking about how someone kept knocking...the guy behind the counter saw my husband and he held up the slip....Then the guy behind the counter just walked away. Completely unprofessional I hate every time I have to deal with this joke of a post office. I go out of my way to drive out to Windsor Locks post office just so I wont have to deal with the stupid that it broad brook post office
- AWAli WApr 3, 20181.0I live in a townhouse but for some reason they can never deliver my packages. They always put a slip in my mailbox saying undeliverable but ups delivers it to my door. I can’t pick up the damn package because I work during these hours. There’s also specific mailboxes for packages they don’t use. I ordered my stethoscope no way in hell does it not fit in the bigger mailboxes. Also this mailman always puts the wrong mail in peoples mail boxes! I keep getting my neighbors mail or the person who used to live there and I keep sending it back.
