    They tell you it’s okay to leave your packages on the drop off table and then they never scan them in. We dropped off 25 packages and only 14 were scanned in so now the other 11 are showing up as overdue and we’re receiving a load of messages. Looks like I’ll have to baby sit them and make sure the packages are scanned in now. Extremely unprofessional.

    Phone system is the horrible. What’s the point of having it ? To waste people’s times . Have we gotten so cheap and greedy we can’t hire some people to pick up phones? 10 min fighting this voice recorder for it to repeat over and over after multiple responses

    An absolute joke... Courier lies and says they tried to deliver a package on a Friday now I can't get my package until Tuesday and I have to waste my gas and my time to drive out and get something they could have just delivered. Laziest bunch of do nothings I've ever seen in my life. Too lazy to park the truck and walk a package up to the door it's absolutely deplorable
