    My driveway was plowed, and my mailbox was easily accessible as they had came and delivered mail just the day before yesterday, it’s been raining all day long and the snow that was on the ground practically melted. I was expecting my $400 package today and it never showed up. They claimed they couldn’t access my porch (I have no gate, my porch is accessible right from my driveway). Don’t expect to get your mail because this usps location doesn’t deliver when it’s raining apparently! I’m very unimpressed.

    The worst post office in all of CT. Whenever a package is dispatched/out for delivery from Farmington USPS it's ALWAYS delivered, but everytime it's dispatched from Bristol I get notified "We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package" when that's a straight up lie, they're just too lazy to deliver it. This has happened more times than I can count, and I live in a condo complex with easily accessible mailboxes that require no effort to get to. The laziness is unprecedented.

    I had a package that was marked to delievered to my house and it was not in or near my mailbox. I went to the main post office and spoke a supervisor who told me to contact the company who mailed the package. I insisted she check again and the package was “stuck” with another persons package and delievered to another address. Jennifer was nice but insist that I contact the company because of “ duplicate” tracking numbers was nonsense . I am so pissed because I have wait 6 days to file a claim for the negligence of a mail carrier. Jennifer did call me back and sent the carrier to find the package. Mail carriers and supervisors need to be more attentive to the job.

    They tell you it’s okay to leave your packages on the drop off table and then they never scan them in. We dropped off 25 packages and only 14 were scanned in so now the other 11 are showing up as overdue and we’re receiving a load of messages. Looks like I’ll have to baby sit them and make sure the packages are scanned in now. Extremely unprofessional.
