It is often very busy, but in my experience, staff are fast, professional (even when customers are cranky) and patient with customer problems. For example, once when returning a few things from an Amazon order, one item in the bunch had Whole Foods as the return location rather than UPS like the others. I would never select Whole Foods - it's 20 miles away from my home! The clerk patiently explained how it might have happened and how to fix it in order to return it with the others. I read some other reviews complaining that the store isn't always open during stated hours, but honestly, what business doesn't sometimes have a glitch once in a while? For me, I love the convenience of having a UPS Store nearby and this one is worth it.

They kept telling me to check and wait it should be printing. No you get away from the back room and come help me yourself. The pages finally printed and the ink is faded and they still charged me full price. 3 employers working very unprofessional. I heard swearing in the back where you can hear them loud and clear because they are loud. They were gossiping heavily and having customers who should be in and out waiting. There was a women who gave someone an item for free yet I had to pay over $8 for faded ink paperwork…. Where did the other man go who used to work here. This ups needs him back, he was playful but knew how to multitask and get his work done professionally. I’m annoyed and disappointed.
