  I’ve returned and shipped so much stuff here over the years and it’s always been very easy. The manager has been super helpful multiple times with making sure I had a receipt to prove I returned something and to make sure I wouldn’t get denied a refund. Always an easy and pleasant experience. The employees are all great

  I dropped a package off on 12/30/25. And UPS has yet to retrieve the package from this store. I know it is not the store's fault however, the store should be very transparent and post a sgn that states "packages may not be picked up by UPS same day it is dropped off at this store." I would have then used an alternate means of shipment. Utterly ridiculous that the package has sat there for now 3 business days.

  I recently visited this location, and I was extremely disappointed by the employee’s behavior. The staff member was rude and showed a complete lack of customer service, making me feel as if I was asking for a favor rather than receiving help. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience going forward

  This store is never open at 8:30am even thought that's the posted hours. I've stopped by numerous times after 9am and it's still closed.
