I know it is not the store's fault however, the store should be very transparent and post a sgn that states "packages may not be picked up by UPS same day it is dropped off at this store." I would have then used an alternate means of shipment. Utterly ridiculous that the package has sat there for now 3 business days.

The staff member was rude and showed a complete lack of customer service, making me feel as if I was asking for a favor rather than receiving help. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience going forward

It is often very busy, but in my experience, staff are fast, professional (even when customers are cranky) and patient with customer problems. For example, once when returning a few things from an Amazon order, one item in the bunch had Whole Foods as the return location rather than UPS like the others. I would never select Whole Foods - it's 20 miles away from my home! The clerk patiently explained how it might have happened and how to fix it in order to return it with the others. I read some other reviews complaining that the store isn't always open during stated hours, but honestly, what business doesn't sometimes have a glitch once in a while? For me, I love the convenience of having a UPS Store nearby and this one is worth it.
