I filed a claim and received a call the next morning at 8:28 AM, where I was told the package may have been delivered to the wrong address and that the issue would be looked into. Since then, I have not received any follow up or resolution. At this point, I am extremely frustrated because it feels like I am being given false or inconsistent information, and my package is now missing. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.
