It wasn't busy. The service was good. The clerk talks fast, do listen quick! You may miss something! Overall, I would visit again. I went on a Thursday during the midday.

My package was marked as delivered on January 26 at 11:00 AM, but it was never actually delivered. I have a Ring camera that confirms no delivery was made at that time. I filed a claim and received a call the next morning at 8:28 AM, where I was told the package may have been delivered to the wrong address and that the issue would be looked into. Since then, I have not received any follow up or resolution. At this point, I am extremely frustrated because it feels like I am being given false or inconsistent information, and my package is now missing. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.
