I called the day before my delivery to make them aware that the business was open on Saturdays. They assured me they would relay the message to the driver. Come Saturday, the driver did exactly as I feared. They assumed we were closed without even attempting to deliver my package. I literally hate having anything delivered by USPS. They have the absolute worst delivery service. If they were not backed by the government, they would have folded years ago. absolute trash

Lovely environment but disgusting worker, specifically that white one at the middle counter, wears glasses, has a honey blonde hair, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, her customer service sicks my stomach, not only my experience but as I observed her behavior attending to other like kind as myself, I don’t know how she even keeps a job there, with her unpleasant disgusting face.

I wanted to check up on my holded mails and tried reaching them on calls!
This service is so poor that no body answered my phone call (tried calling them since morning 10 am to the end of the day)
i am very upset with this as i had to travel long way to just cross check my mails and if they answered it would had been very easy for more
