- AAAaliyahJan 29, 20261.0My package was marked as delivered on January 26 at 11:00 AM, but it was never actually delivered. I have a Ring camera that confirms no delivery was made at that time. I filed a claim and received a call the next morning at 8:28 AM, where I was told the package may have been delivered to the wrong address and that the issue would be looked into. Since then, I have not received any follow up or resolution. At this point, I am extremely frustrated because it feels like I am being given false or inconsistent information, and my package is now missing. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.

My package was sent to several other cities between Miami and Bridgeport before being sent back, so this excuse makes 0 sense. I have called and checked with customer service, who have confirmed that the delivery address is correct and that it was sent back to Miami because somebody in Bridgeport put it in the wrong bin. I didn't even accuse them of this; I just wanted to figure out how to get my package, and now they're harassing me instead of accepting that somebody made a mistake at their facility. Why would you hold my package here for 5 days past when it was supposed to be delivered down the street from this location just to send it to MIAMI??? I've opened several service requests that were closed without any attempts to speak with me. I understand mistakes happen, but refusing to communicate like this is unacceptable. This isn't the first time this has happened, either. Anytime I see that a package ends up at this location, I know that I'm never going to receive it or that it'll get to me weeks late, beat up, with the contents inside damaged and smelling like weed.
