  This is the best DHL location in the entire area for sending packages. They are super fast, and best of all, you receive preferential treatment. In this case, I want to congratulate Janet; with her charisma and excellent service, she deserves 5 stars as the best employee.

  Shame on this company. They are absolutely beyond awful. I attempted to ship an item from a Japanese gallery and paid over $630. I submitted all required information and repeatedly contacted them to try to understand why I was not receiving it. I contacted customer service with phone calls and emails. You cannot get anyone and the system electronically does not let you make further contact once you have contacted them. They shipped the item back to Japan because they claimed that information was missing on my Lacey form. Would have been nice if they made any effort whatsoever to contact me. This company should not be in business. They are a complete joke.

  This is not a full service Service Point location, it's a partner location. Secondly, when shipping ordinary personal documents abroad, I was coerced to pay for a signature and extended liability fee inappropriately, when I pushed back, they suddenly said "I can uncheck the signature fee, but I have to keep the extended liability." I checked with my local Service Point - this is a non-standard charge and not policy; I was defrauded of my money. I would not trust this location again with my business.

  Horrible just horrible. Friend sent a package to me in Mexico, the young man at the desk puts her email as the receiver and sender, therefore I have received no notifications. Additionally, I could not sign in to make any changes on the package. Also giving misinformation regarding obtaining a necessary mexican IRS tax number. The young kid told my friend you can do it online and it takes 5 minutes. I am actually a mexican resident as well and those employees have no idea what they are talking about. My package was held up in customs for 20 days. Do yourselves a favor and never use DHL to Mexico or anyplace for that matter.
