- BJBrant JohnsonNov 12, 20222.0Normally this post office would garner a 5 star review from me; friendly, quick, etc. But when it comes to making an appointment for a passport… they fail miserably. Appointments can be made as early as 9am and they ask that you show up 10 minutes early. I showed up at 9:15am for my 9:30 Appt. and they tell me that the person who does passports doesn’t get in until 9:30 am plus I need to wait for the 9am Appt. to get done first. 😡 Waisting customers time!
- BWBruce WayneFeb 22, 20225.0I've been a customer at this location since the day they opened. I've had a PO Box, done a vast amount of bulk mailing and been a regular shipper over the last year. Never had any issues. Customer service always better than expected - especially considering many of their customers come in ill- prepared, with off the wall questions or simply have no clue. All of the reps handle each transaction professionally, friendly and precisely. Kudos to you!
- MSMike SangerSep 1, 20202.0The clerk was friendly (which doesn't happen often), but there's always a line and seemingly 3 other workers just standing around talking behind the counter. One worker had zero mask and was just looking at his smartphone while standing behind two other workers with masks - he ended up being the manager. He came over to assist this clerk with her nose out because the contact-less payment option wasn't working. Giving 2 stars for the lack of following safety guidelines that are even printed and displayed in front of the clerks. Do better, Branford USPS. My mask protects you, your mask (if you had one), protects me.
