I got to say usually I dread going to the post office as much as I used to dread going to DMV DMV's new protocols make things a lot better all around as I've said before so I bet around 60 something years and I had experience at a post office in Farmington Connecticut that I had to share it was the one in the plaza with Ollie's Pizza I'm not sure what it's called it was the best experience of my life with the post office hands down and it was just a transaction but the person was pleasant polite and made things very easy people laughed at me when I had to yell out loud that it was the best experience I've ever had in the post office well just letting you know they should tape this post office and pass it around manners and politeness go a long way and they cost nothing and the difference is immense.

I will never go to this post office again. The clerk, "Joe," charged my debit card $132 for my 5 money orders and then couldn't work the printer to print the money orders. I waited over 30 minutes, customers came and left, and Joe could not work the machine. The worst part was the debit was posted to my bank account and he refused to issue me a refund or reprint the money orders. He said, "the money will fall off your account in a few days." After he could not do his job, he began calling me "demanding," and told other customers "she's bad luck and it's rubbed off on me." Usually, there is a female clerk who knows her job frontward and backward. I have never, in 20 years, had an issue at this post office. Now, I'm working with my bank to dispute the charge (that was posted). Do better USPS.
