- SSShamar SimpsonJan 17, 20261.0Went there on January 17th 2026 around 12pm and ask for assistance for helping send a package and the response from the lady was “ what I am suppose to do about that?” Never asked the lady to package up the item, just asked for simple guidance for the process. It’s my first time doing it and I get an attitude response for no reason.

I was only a few minutes late due to pregnancy-related sickness, which I explained to the staff member. According to the stated rules, arrivals within a 5–10 minute window are still acceptable. However, despite this, we were made to wait an additional 5–7 minutes and were then told that we had missed the appointment time. There was no one waiting behind us for a passport appointment, yet we were still refused service and instructed to reschedule. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and being asked to reschedule over a delay of just four minutes felt unreasonable and unfair.
